style(manual): MON-74 show the data entry inputs as filled fields per the new design

The value inputs were painted white on a white table, so a row did not read as something to fill in. The new design makes them visible: at rest they keep the uikit gray-50 fill across the whole cell and show "—" when empty; pressed, they turn white with a light gray-400 ring instead of the dark uikit one. The active ring is overridden as well so the dark ring does not flash on mousedown, and the invalid-value red ring still wins while the cell is focused.
