chore(deps): MON-90 add dnd-kit as a direct dependency

Row reordering needs its own dnd-kit integration: the uikit Table drag and drop declares its row component inside render, so rows remount on every render and inputs lose focus. The versions match the copy uikit-rmh 1.0.57 already pulls in, so the lockfile only gains importer entries.
