chore(deps): MON-93 update uikit-rmh to 1.1.7

artur requested to merge feature/MON-93 into develop

barinfeed already runs 1.1.7. Dependencies, peers and exports are the same as in 1.0.57, so only the uikit-rmh entries of the lockfile change, and the lock integrity matches barinfeed's. The following commits adapt monitor where 1.1.7 changed behaviour and fix the select lists: the update alone does not cap their height.
