Revert "feat(auth): gate monitor routes by user permissions" and related commits

Reverts 811780dd, 314a9365, 0b51befb and abe4bd76, returning src/ to the state at 3ab108c7 (Release/1.0.1). The permission guard, the NoAccess placeholder, the authMe endpoint fix and the manual cell input styling are all rolled back together because the guard does not work without the /user/me fix and renders NoAccess on denial — reverting them separately would leave the branch broken in between.
